THE HISTORY OF THE TRANSPLANT IN MY LIFE by William Vargas

The phenomenon of acute renal failure was now becoming recognized. The process is irreversible renal failure for malignant  hypertension. 

In 1947 David Hume had spent considerable time working with transplantation the  kidney in  dogs. Over the next few years,  more  identical twins received successful kidney in Brigham. Similar surgeries were carried out in Portland, (Oregon), Montreal, and Paris in 1970.  We can    possible to receiver kidney from cadaver sources, or family and other   related individual, or lives persons. The process is very complicate to both, receptor or donator.

Now the experience in Costa Rica is   the more Important    scientific  advanced.  The  first transplantation  in  Centroamerica  was in  1969   in the  Hospital  Clinical Catholic. The patient was Elena Solano and   she did    pos transplanted  in 1991.  The responsible  the    of  the  specialist    group  was Dr. German Weinstok.

The  more important cause  is  the  Cronic  Renal Insuficiency.  (CRI).  But other  causes are:  Stylife, Diabetis, Hi Pression, Smoke Cigarrette, herency, agroquimic in the  water and foods,  Stress, etc.

Last  15 years ago, I  had the most  biggest experience with  my  transplant of kidney  in  the  Hospital Mexico.  It was to me an important opportunity in  my life. Today   a can participle with  this classmate one new to hope in   my life.  I  had  a new  opportunity for the  solidarity of my  niece. She    done   your kidney to me last  15 years.  It   was other miracle in  my life.
